The 5 Dimensions of Leadership Adaptiveness


The framework connects internal thinking patterns with visible company execution. It uses the Stanford-validated AFERR Model, a cognitive engine to show how a leader's brain navigates change, and then scales that data across five key operational dimensions so you can see exactly how fast your entire enterprise can adapt.
