About the event
In-Person Executive Workshop & Behavioral Simulation
Duration: 4 Hours
Facilitator: Manisha Gupta (Enterprise AI Builder | Executive Coach | Author)
Framework: Powered by the LAI Core System (AFERR Loop)
Why Attend: The Core Philosophy & Problem
"AI does not fail in organizations due to algorithmic limits. It fails in the gap between the change leaders intend to make and how their teams actually act under real-time pressure."
The AI Leadership Paradox
Most enterprise AI initiatives measure technical deployment, prompt completion, or theoretical strategy. Very few measure how senior leaders make decisions, handle friction, and maintain cognitive clarity when AI speeds up the operational cycle.
When pressure rises, leaders face the AI Adaptiveness Gap, the distance between:
What they intend to do (AI strategy, governance, collaborative workflows).
What they actually do (siloed activity, dysfunctional adoption, unaligned decision-making under stress).
To build unshakable teams as AI accelerates work, leaders need more than another framework—they need clarity, accountability, trust, and steadiness under pressure.

Managing Director at Adaptiveness Institute | CEO at Evivve | Author of the AFERR Model | Developing Adaptive Leaders that Turn Strategy into Measurable and Sustainable Change

Mohsin Memon is a game designer, learning innovator, and former professor of Game Design at Ecole Intuit Lab. As the CEO and Founder of Gamitar Inc. and creator of the award-winning platform Evivve, he has designed over 50 impactful behavioral games utilized by senior leaders across global enterprises, including Deloitte, PwC, Uber, Coca-Cola, HSBC, and Motorola. Worked with leaders at Aditya Birla, Teleperformance, Solvay, Mesiniaga, and more to design immersive leadership labs that turn theory into measurable transformation. His work blends behavioral science, simulation, and consulting to create results that last.
At the intersection of game design, neuroscience, and human judgment, Mohsin developed the AFERR Model, a framework acknowledged by the Stanford School of Medicine and awarded Gold at the 2024 Reimagine Education Conference for its impact on neuroscience in learning. As the primary facilitator of Reading the Adaptiveness Gap, Mohsin uses live game telemetry to give leaders an objective mirror into their real-time execution, helping them measure and bridge the gap between intention and action under pressure.

About the Event
The Core Challenge
Most leadership programs measure what people think they do. Very few can capture how those beliefs translate into action when leaders operate under complexity, ambiguity, and time pressure.
That space between leadership intention and actual operational execution is The Adaptiveness Gap.
What You Will Experience
During this 4-hour executive session, you will step out of theoretical discussions and into a live behavioral simulation.
You will self-observe your decision-making under stress, track your emotional drift, and analyze your personalized data baseline mapped against observed behavior
Your Personal Data Report
Compare self-perception against observed behavior across 5 dimensions
(Signal Detection, Cognitive Framing, Decision Alignment,
Resource Calibration, Integrated Responsiveness).
2. Emotional Check-in & Energy Drift Map
Visualize how stress shifts your energy state across solo and group
decision moments.
3. One Behavioral Experiment
Walk away with a small, specific, and measurable test to run with
your executive team immediately.
What Each Participant Receives:
Personalized Post-Game Data Report: An individualized breakdown comparing personal self-perception against real-time simulation behavior.
Integration Support: 30 mins coaching session to help you make the right sense making and shifting your focus between high/low energy and pleasant/unpleasant quadrants.
Physical Post-Game Worksheet: A structured artifact for naming your gap and mapping your weekly experiment.
Adaptiveness Teams Framework Brief: Key executive excerpts on adaptive leadership principles for AI adoption.
Who Should Attend?
This session is strictly curated for senior executives responsible for driving change and steering human capital through AI adoption:
Chief Executive Officers & B2B Business Leaders navigating strategy execution in AI-accelerated markets.
